Russian Radials is Approved by the UK Civil Aviation Authority for the restoration, repair and overhaul of the famous Russian Shvetsov and Vedeneyev series of aero-engines - all to the original manufacturer's specifications - and the maintenance and repair of Yak-11 & Yak-50 aircraft.

The engines we work on under the terms of our A8-23 and A8-25 Approvals are:

• Shvetsov ASh 82 (14-cylider) 1900hp
• Shvetsov ASh-21 (7-cylinder) 750hp
• Vedeneyev M14P & M14PF (9-cylinder) 360-400hp

Based at Alscot airfield, near Stratford-on-Avon, in the heart of England's Industrial Midlands, we have the specialist manuals, tooling and spares to undertake all work on these engines and aircraft, including maintenance, overhaul, shock-load testing, measuring and NDT work, all in accordance with the procedures set down by the Original Equipment Manufacturer.
